" My husband,my son and myself stayed and enjoyed our stay.Beds were very comfortable. Our room was straight infront of the bridge I am a light sleeper and I slept straight through the night.Traffic did not interfer with our stay at any time. The lady at reception was lovely and friendly and helped whenever necessary. Once we got our bearing's of the area, so close to alot of what the city has to offer. We will return again."

"Very central for the art galleries and the theatre complex. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very well-priced and free secure parking is a bonus in the city. We would stay again if the price was right."

"Room very noisy because it is adjacent to road flyover. Rooms not serviced with standard expected and although not bad in terms of room cleanliness certainly below average as carpet not properly vacuumed. Room infested by small numbers of ants running about cabinet with flat-screen TV on containing fridge, tea,coffee, sugar, biscuits and mini-bar extras such as crisps/chocolate bars etc. Long delay in restaurant for evening meal on some days but when meal arrived tasty and well-cooked. Only one lift for 3 floors which is also used by room service staff. On positive side staff friendly and helpful. Location good apart from proximity to road. Room rate acceptable for location. With slight improvements would be an excellent value for money hotel."
