Set amidst lush tropical garden, the Riverina Hotel is located at Moraalla Beach, on the south west coast of Beruwela. The hotel is just 2 kilometres from the train station, while the city centre is 3 kilometres away.

The hotel had a great location with immediate access to the beach. The ambience was great and the pool and out door bar very comfortable. Our rooms where on the ground floor with direct access to the pool area. The food was all buffet style and therefore although not sophisticate, very tasty, with a good selection of local and western selections. Having said that, the chef had an opportunity to display his skills on Christmas eve. The food was outstanding. An excellent range of activities for the residents including scuba diving! But nothing better than simply taking a pleasant stroll along the beach and watching the spectacular sunset.
