River Park Hotel is on southeast 4th Street in the centre of downtown Miami. Miami International Airport is five miles from the hotel. During free time, holidaymakers shop at Bayside Marketplace or catch games at Miami Marlins Baseball Stadium.

Staff were ok but hotel was rather run down and not the cleanest. I guess it's reasonably priced.

the staff was very rude, and the pool was filthy, the rooms were very dirty and gross. we stayed here cause my husband graduated at the james l knight center it was close and the price was cheaper then the hyatt dont waste your money here spend the extra money and stay in a place where the elevators work

I asked for a wake up call and did not receive one which made me late. Room alarm clock did not work properly. Average experience.
