Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas Guest Reviews
We had a great stay and the food was better than I was read about. For Christmas Eve, the hotel went all out. It was super great including the photographers, escorting us to our perfect table, the ice sculptures and service. The only things we did not particularly care about were: the mattress was very firm and there was no WIFI in our room. The only place was close to the lobby. But considering we were on vacation, it was overall a great place to stay.

Nice Hotel, Staff was great except the entertainment staff was not much for entertaining. When we were at the Riu Punta Cana last year, the entertainment staff went above and beyond to make sure you were entertained during the day poolside and at the beach.

Overall experience in this hotel was great! Room needs some update such as internet service, TV, alarm clock and toilet, etc. Hospitality of hotel staff was very good. It was very pleasant and comfortable stay.

This hotel is nice and clean although it is a bit old. Housekeepers cleaned up rooms twice a day.

Was clean nice resort but was hard to book their best dinner spot it was day of booking 5 times no luck did do 2 other places very nice, buffets were good and always easy to get a drink. Was bigger resort than I like was loud in the mornings over all a nice trip.
