Everything is great about this resort. It is Beautiful with a great location and large rooms with sitting area and balcony. Theres just one problem the bed is uncomfortable. It is literally as hard as the floor. You can ask to "soften the bed" but it still isnt very good.

Didn't like standing in line to make reservations for dinner. I have never had to stand in line at other resorts, then make reservations for either 6:30 or 9:00. I got tired of this real quick and just went out on our own for dinner at much better restaurants. Crystal at the RIU had great food but extremely stuffy atmosphere. The steak house was a waste of time. Other than the dinner reservations the resort was first class. I would return just for the first class accommodations and great service.

Spent six nights ther and and didn't get a buzz once. Had to go out to Busters and Bugaloe for that. Food was top notch and staff were amazing at the Riu. Great time and Great resort.
