Ripa Relais Colle Del Sole Assisi Hotel Guest Reviews
We stayed at this hotel in Oct 2010. It is styled like a farmhouse, but with modern and functional facilities. It is located not too far from Assisi/Perugia but it could be a little difficult without a GPS or good instructions from the hotel. Although it is located not far off the main highway, it gives the feeling that you are miles from anywhere. The rooms are tastefully decorated in a country style and are clean and large. Our room had a separate sitting area to the bedroom, so space was never a problem. The handheld shower did not hook onto the wall so showering was a little difficult at times. The bathroom itself is clean and large. The restaurant is top quality and serves up locally grown ingredients. Eating at the restaurant is definitely one of the highlights of staying here. Some staff at the hotel speak English better than others, however there is always an English speaker available when required.
