Clean, comfortable hotel. Good value. I would stay again. The front desk were very helpful & friendly.

The hotel is in a great location, very quiet yet very convenient, as it is very near to the city either by walking through Edward Street which takes about 5-10 mins walk or taking the Free loop Spring Hill bus, which is FREE, so bonus for that. The room is clean and spacious enough for 3 people. It is a hotel concept, so didn't expect too much of space. But it is definitely big enough for the comfort of 3 people. Staff are friendly and helpful. Surely recommend to others and may return to stay the next time.

The place was dirty, has not been cleaned for eeks. Washing machine was out of order, TV was not working, hair dryer was not working. blinds would not close, elevaor was out of service. The place was a joke. never again!
