Arriving at the hotel was immediately disappointing , we could normally check in at 2pm, but the room was't ready untill 2.45pm. We especially choose the hotel for a pool for the children, it turned out to be under construction! They should have mentioned this to us before! We booked 2 studio's, both non smoking. One was definately a smoking room, it smelled horrible! Not enough tower or kitchenware. It was a lot of work to get it all done, eventually I gave up......

This is another one of those places spiralling downward due to lack of maintenance. If you see official photos published by the hotel, well, that was when it was new. Must be many years ago. The pool was out of order, and the water by now half evaporated. The management handles this by putting a note that pool is "under maintenance". Great newspeak, since this is exactly what they are NOT doing. Like in Jormand Suites, which is under the same management and where the pool is also empty. What they call the gym is rundown and pathetic. If you have a room at the back, you better bring your earplugs since it is facing the very noisy Mankhool road. What they called a '1-bedroom apartment' was very dark and gloomy. The cramped living room had no direct light. The shower did not produce enough water and the bedside lights were broken beyond repair. If you still venture to go there, say hi to the roaches on behalf of me since they live there as well. Bugs are hard to avoid in a place where each room has its own kitchenette. There is a restaurant downstairs, which is probably the reason why you are once in a while woken up in the morning by a strong cooking smell via the airco duct. One positive thing was that the staff at the desk was friendly.
