A few minutes easy walk from the train station and the city centre, in a quiet street, good bed, good shower, OK breakfast, nice price, what more do we need?

The hotel is in a great location. The rating of "cleanliness very bad" indicates the carpet in the rooms - absolutely stained and filthy. Otherwise a good place to stay for the cost and great location.
