Resorts World Sentosa - Festive Hotel Singapore Guest Reviews
The hotel was great, the hotel rooms were really new and the matress was just absolutely awesome. The location was also just right especially for young kids who would like to go to the Universal Studios next to it. The distance between the park and the hotel is just optimal, and can be accomplished by nearly everyone. Unfortunetely, although the hotel comfortness was good, the housekeeping staff wasn't as good as you would expect it to, we left our watch in the room right before we checked out, and you know what, a few days later we called back to check up on them and they said that they couldn't find it, when we were really certain that we left it at the hotel. The last thing that I thought that they could have improved was the price, although it is similar to the prices in the partner hotels, Hard Rock and Hotel Michael, I personally think that it is slightly overpriced.

1) The bedside table had white stains on it, I don't want to imagine what it is. 2) Extremely loud sound that can be heard from the room, when the shower was being used. It was so loud that it woke me up from my sleep at 2 am, even though no one in my room was using the toilet. 3) The toilet had brown stains on the floor, which looked fresh and could be cleaned. 4) The shower area smells of dried urine and you could see mildew on the floors and walls. 5) The room had an unpleasant smell. 6) The drinking cups were probably cleaned by just spraying window cleaners, as it feels soapy when the cups were being washed. ( This happened in some of the 5 star hotels too, you can search on youtube, they featured it on a news network, type..drink out of a hotel glass? think again!) 7) The coffee plastic cover feels soapy too. The room cleaners is either lazy or they are taught to do things the lazy way. They need to prioritize about the cleaning service in the room. An indian guy at the reception was ignoring me, even though he was the only staff that was available and when I was queuing. The chinese front desk lady staff was alright, and a male chinese concierge was quite helpful. The cleanliness of the room is substandard even for a 2 star hotel, let alone a 5 star hotel like this one. The price is too much for this standard. I do not think the hotel should be rated a 5 star hotel, more suited to be rated 3 star. This is my first time writing and taking my precious time sharing my experience, so that others would not have to experience the unpleasantness, thank you.

Great design, nice and comfortable room. Like it so much, especially they provided the kids bathrobe and cute welcome pack for my kids.
