The room was not serviced. Needed to request several items which had run out at breakfast, which was remedied somewhat grudgingly. Location is good, with easy access to the Metro system. Underground, commercial, parking is adjacent to the hotel.

The receptionist was not very helpful when I enquired about some tours / literature that were available in the lobby. The room was clean and the kitchenette was very adequately supplied.

what a lovely hotel its got everything you want and next to the metro station, staff are lovely and rooms superb.

Very clean studio and friendly reception staff. Location was average - centre is walkable (15/20 minutes?) or metro on your doorstep!

We were a conveniently short distance from the Metro. When we booked the hotel we were unaware that we would have a kitchen as part of the room. We found this to be a huge bonus.
