Hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was extremely helpful. Location was a little out of the city centre but the tram stop is right outside on the main road so was easy to get to (only 4 stops away from the city centre). Would definitely consider this place the next time I'm in Bordeaux.

Hotel was not in the centre of Bordeaux, but the city is not big and there was a tram right outside our door which took us into town in 15-20 minutes. It also took us directly to the main train station in 25 minutes. The place was spotless so could not fault on cleanliness. We had a kitchenette which allowed for self catering. The supermarket is about a 10-minute walk. The breakfast cost 8.5Euro per person, which we did not use as we bought our own food from the supermarket. The only complaint was WiFi was not free. It cost 7Euro a day, 5 Euro for three hours, or 3 Euro for one hour, but when it worked it provided quick access. We stayed for three nights for about 160 pounds, in a double room. It was very good value, more so if you self cater. If in Bordeaux, we'd definitely stay at this place.

Very helpful staff, great location only a few tramstops from the centre of Bordeaux. It was fantastic to have our own well-equipped kitchen. Studio apartment bedroom was very small and the bed was very hard, but for the price it was excellent. Would be very happy to stay there again for either a short or long-term visit.

Clean, quite confortable, with a big parking, to go to Bordeaux centre you have to take a "tram".

Location of Hotel is a tram ride away from the city centre, 4 stops. Air Conditioner in room did not work and when I complained they stated it had broken down in the entire hotel and would be repaired in the next day or two. If I could of arranged alternative accomadation I would of moved.
