Very good service from Reception. Good atmosphere. Close to Metro, so easy to get there by public transport - also from Airport. Comfortable walking distance to old centre and the river, to grand station Sao Bento, and to Trinidade Metro "hub" as well.

Reception were very polite and helpful. The complimentary Continental Breakfast was much more extensive, and of good quality, than we expected. The location of the hotel, within six blocks of the train station, was convenient. Access to bus and tram lines madeit convenient to get around the city. When and If we get back to Porto we will stay in this hotel if space is available.

An old building with loads of space in each room. Old room fit-out but newly renovated and roomy ensuite Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. All in all - a pleasant stay.

A bit old-fashioned but alright for a couple of nights if you get a good rate. Very central, hundred meters from Aliados Avenue, 10 mn walking from Sao Bento Railway Station.
