It was ideal for a short break.

Overall we were happy with the hotel, and could stay here again. The big plusses are location relative to Downtown Florence, free laundry washing and drying facility, and a helpfull manager, who spoke some English. Disadvantages were no 24 hour reception, no Internet close to hotel (we used an Internet cafe in the Old City Centre), funny shaped room, very tired towels.

Excellent residence near the town center, with climatisation. Quiet, in spite of the dense outside traffic. Large and comfortable lounge. We shall come again for a next trip to Florence.

Extremely handy to have cooking facilities especially in the morning, and the appartments are large and convenient for the centre on foot - if you know where you are going. Plenty of lovely restaurants in a ten minute radius. Traditional Florentine decor... terracotta tiles and white walls. Very effective heating/air conditioning and a great shower, which even passed my boyfriend's stringent tests. You do have to check out at ten am.
