Overall good experience. On few ocassions, we had to call the front desk for body lotion, shampoo ... etc. The shuttle service to Universal had limited seats and the front desk failed to inform us about it. We had to change our plans due to this.

My mom, my two little boys (3 years-old and 2 years-old) and I had a great experience at this hotel. The front desk had friendly attendants. The room had plenty of space, clean bathroom, a full kitchen with dishwasher, large refirgerator and electric stove and even a iron with ironing board. Good kitchen for those who have difficulties in adjusting to American food and waht to cook your own food. The hotel has no staff to help carry the bags, but it has luggage trolleys available for guests. The breakfast included was very good with many options to eat and drink. The only problem was that there was not enough tables for all guests at the breakfast time. Easy access to I-4, which leads easily to the Disney parks. I intend to return to this hotel with my husband and 4 children, but will ask for adjoining rooms.

The hotel is not right at disney but it was an easy 10 minute ride in. The staff at the hotel can give you a map and the high way is right around the corner. The pool was awesome and it was great to come back from running around disney for the day and chill in the hot tub at night. Buffet breakfast was nice easy way to get the day started. Pizza hut right on site for a quick meal and restaurants near by if you want to go out.

Hotel was nice and clean. The game room and pool kept the children happy and occupied. Staff was very polite and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was great. Definitely would stay again.
