Overall the hotel is perfect for short stays in the CBD . The rooms are a good size and the hotel is close to a large number of Sydney attractions. My husband and I have stayed at the hotel on many occasions and will stay again when we need to. The breakfast is another benchmark compared to some of the more expensive competitors. Staff are very helpful and polite which is another plus. All of the support staff we met at the last stay were also an exception to the normal rule and were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is in a great position, staff are friendly, rooms are comfortable.

Great location, only 5 minutes walk to Sydney Entertainment Centre and close to all public transport. Very clean and comfortable room and extremely friendly staff at reception :)

the location of the hotel is really excellent..........close to the central rail station which is the hub of the city rail network..........besides, all staff r very nice n helpful............one of them has gd recommendations on the dinning places nearby

Staff not helpful ,Paid full rate TV not working ,Reception Staff came after 1hr waiting to fix ,claimed he fixed it but it never worked the whole time ,Morning called another reception staff came not working was wanting to stay there but after i got told continously that a staff had fixed it already ,I felt their don't trust me and my 10yr old had missed his cartoon programmes already ,there was no sympathy from staff.after 2 staff came and seen that it never worked .I will never recommend this place to anyone but finally my son and i were very happy at Lansvale hotel .The best place to be .
