Location
Rendezvous Reef Resort is nestled on Port Douglas Road, Queensland. The property is very close to the famed Four Mile Beach and the Port Village Shopping Centre. Golfers can play a few holes at Mirage Country Club near the resort.

The resort features 181 modern and traditional Asian-inspired rooms have air conditioning, LCD TV, DVD and CD players, Internet access, kitchenette and patio. Some villas have laundry rooms.
Restaurant
Swish Restaurant and Bar at Rendezvous Reef Resort features various cuisines served al fresco style. Barbecue facilities are also available on site for outdoor cookouts.

Rendezvous Reef Resort Port Douglas provides dry cleaning, tour bus pick up and drop off, shuttle service (fees apply), tour desk and barbecue facilities for added convenience. Guests can work out in the fitness centre, play in the tennis courts and games room or unwind at the lagoon-style pool and lap pool on site during free time.

The resort was clean, staff friendly and we had a great time, they were great at accommodating a special room request and the shuttle bus makes it very easy to get into Port Douglas

The only let down was that it was abit further out of Port Douglas. Although the bus shuttle comes convientely past the hotel every 15mins. Would stay there again definetly

Pools were fantastic although we only used the one closest to our villa. Two bedroom standard villa was great with flat screen TV and DVD player. Fridge and dishwasher were not late models but worked so no complaints. Grounds were extensive and well maintained. With a car the location was perfect. Relying on a bus would have been more difficult as resort was on way out of town with a fair hike into the centre.

Resort was very clean and well set out. The pool areas were wonderful for both families and couples. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, the price was great and the resort itself is lovely and beautifully landscaped. We stayed in an (unrenovated) 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen was big and clean but the utensils need updating (cutting knives were bent/broken, can opener didn't work etc) and there is only a stove top and microwave convection oven (not fan forced oven). Pillows in the bedrooms smelt a bit musty but we washed the pillow cases and it was OK. Overall, very happy with the resort and would stay there again.
