"Hotel is showing its age and needs a facelift. Colours are drab and boring and evidence of decaying. Breakfast at Pines was basic and over priced. Rooms are average."

"This hotel is in desperate need of a coat of paint externally. Also the noise from the wind was whistling through our balcony window or door all night and was very noisy. Apart from this the service was excellent and the price was very good value for money, although we had a very good special booking through [website]."
