The hotel is situated at quite a good location, however, this hotel has been around for quite long, it is rather old. The bed is not exactly very comfortable, it will be a value for money, if the price of the hotel can go slightly lower, if not they should provide some sort of complimentary breakfast to entice the people to stay in the hotel more frequently, the plus point of rendezvous merry hotel is their spa, xiao nan guo which i like very much.

Have stayed at this hotel several times. Service is good and English spoken by staff. Breakfast has a varied selection, mostly western food. Be sure to book all inclusive, as it can be rather pricey. Location is a bit out of the way. About 10minute walk to Jing`an temple and Nanjing Road. on a good day. Rest of shanghai is by Taxi, fairly inexpensive. Take bus #2 from apo to City air terminal, 22RMB, and taxi to hotel 15RMB

I've always stayed here when travelling to SH for pleasure, friendly staff, easy to move around sh, close to starbucks , Tesco supermarket & a few restaurants..breakfast of course can be improved..

A god location, close to metro. Breakfast was pretty good given the price. Have already recommended to a friend and we will stay again if there are similar offers.
