"Great location however service was sadly lacking. upon arriving at the hotel, reception was quite busy and as such the staff were flustered and quite rude and abrupt. On the last morning of my stay, early around 7.00am, housekeeping wallked right on into my room - no knocking - just straight in. They should be aware I had not yet checked out, or at least knock if unsure!! I told reception of the housekeepers coming in and they didn't care."

"Wonderful location for doing business in the CBD. The ground floor restaurant is pleasant with a small menu but nice food. I wish they would not have the television on during lunch and dinner services however. "
