Convenient to all areas I needed to visit, short walk from our local office and taxi costs to point of work a reasonable price. Clean, fresh and bright, attentive service both at front desk and the Straits restaurant. Room clean and double glazed which has to be a bonus. I liked the place.

First impression is always lasting. Not a good start during my first stay. Staff at the reception were not friendly and in fact quite arrogant. A lot of difference as compared to Rendezvous-Perth where i usually stay during my business travels in the past. Bearing in mind that i do travel to Singapore regularly on business trips and have been happy staying at Pacific Orchard Hotel however I decided to try this hotel hoping that it would be a good alternative or a regular hotel choice of accommodation.

I've first stayed in their exec rooms last years and i've been coming back to the same hotel and using the same room ever since! Price is very reasonable. Rooms are nice and cosy. The gym and swimming pool area is very private and it gives you a feeling that you're in a resort outside the city. The hotel staff are helpful & kind. Highly recommended.

A very nice hotel, well positioned for sight seeing in Singapore. Very attentive and helpfull staff. Great dining facilities in the hotel. Handy tour desk that arranges pick up from the hotel.

Hotel has just finished a major refurbishment and is in excellent condition. The new undergraound MRT works being undertaken in adjacent Bencoolen St will be a bit of drawback for some time though
