Our stay at this hotel was one of the best ever. The rooms were 5 star and everything in that hotel was awesome. It is right in the Auckland CBD and there are many places which are just a short walk away. At a short drive are the ferry terminals and the wharf. If you are planning to go to Auckland, this is the recommended place.

Really good value for money. A few comments, we were surprised to return at 3.30pm after going out at 9.30am to find our room had not been made up but that was easily fixed. We found the the bar staff at the atrium bar were at bit stretched when more than two people wanted service . On checkout, the lady could have been at bit more "smiley" ,lasting impressions and all that !!

Value for money - YES!!! This hotel is convenient to all parts of the city. The nice big rooms, great staff, and great food all make this one of the greater hotels I have stayed in. And there are plenty right around the world. Don't know how I haven't stayed before but I will definately be again.

We stayed on 2nd floor. Clean and comfortable rooms. Walking to viaduct took a little long, 15 min, we should have asked for the shortcut. It would be better if we had a desk in the room. The pool area and outdoor garden need closer monitoring, as broken glass was found in the garden and reported to reception. On our 2nd day, the door lock to swimming pool was broken but repaired the next day. We enjoyed watching new year eve fireworks and swimming in the pool.
