From the door staff to the check in/out proceedure, this hotel has great staff. The rooms are lovely and well maintained, it was quiet and peaceful, no noise from the hustle and bustle of the city outside. We were able to walk or tram it to wherever we wanted. Would definately stay here again. Thank you!

Staff were great! Room was modern, comfortable with a good outlook and facilities. Excellent bathroom. Room service was better than other places I have stayed. Wonderful pool for exercise and a small gym that was functional.

Booked a 10 year celebration package that had inclusions such as free chocolates, and win one of four prizes (room upgrade etc). When checked in, was told we had the cheaper package which didnt include these, but it was stated in the booking. Only had receipt of payment - not included package so couldnt prove. Ended up with a room upgrade, but still not happy they did not accept i had booked the package. - dont know if its the fault of hotel c7ub or hotel - but not happy.

Previous knowledge of this hotel helped with the decision to choose it. Location was great for our purpose which was dining in the Gouger St precinct. Speedy check in, car was valet parked and retrieved quickly. Having very recently stayed at the much more expensive intercontinental I truly believe the Rendezvous provide exceptional value for money. Definitely recommend it.
