Renaissance Shanghai Yu Garden Hotel Guest Reviews
It located at very central location to tourist spots, opposite to the subway whcih helps to travel easily. Eating places are nearby, however, the staff \confused with our bookings, at first, they said they could not find our booking (which creates a bit of uneasy). Overall, location is very good, hotel is clean, the value is not good as for a 5 stars hotel, there are no hotel shuttle bus (as all other 5 stars hotel in Shanghai provides free airport shuttle bus transfer). Also it charged a local service charge of more than !%. I probably will not stay in this hotel next time (for a first fime tourist in Shanghai with little Mardinarin background, it is a good place to stay.
