Renaissance Orlando At SeaWorld Resort Guest Reviews
Hotel is great. Rooms also. Only thing was the pool. Both pools for adults and children were not heated and pretty cold to swim in. Other than that a perfect place to stay and worth the money. Ik you have the option to buy breakfast included for usd 20 extra do so!! To buy breakfast seperate is double the price!

Me and my husband chose this place off the internet to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The reception into the hotel was ok and we were complimented with a glass of champagne from the front dest attendant and also provided a glass of champagne from attendant (Mark) while taken our luggage to our room. For the money we paid st stay here, it seemed as though everything was focused on getting money from the tourist. Our bed was old and worn, springs felt in lower back (room 1072), internet $14.95 per day plus tax, cell phone reception in hotel non-existent, except for outdoor back patio, store inside hotel way over-proced (bag of chips $4.00 (c-mon people), rental car and FedEx service was big joke and also over-priced. Just seemed as though this is a place to nickle and dime the visitors to Orlando (across the street from SeaWorld) go figure. Bright spot wa staff (room attendant was great) met our needs-left tip! Ocean Breeze restaurant and sports bar were good. Bartenders in sporsbar need customer service classes and appearance standards. To end our trip the MEARS shuttle which we prepaid in advance, showed up late and the driver told us we didnt have room for us WOW! That started a domino affect for our 25th Wedding Anniversary celebration. Thanks, but "No Thanks on recommending this hotel to anyone that I know or anyone who comes across it inadvertently.

We had a great experience here. The location is great if you are going to Sea World! Our room was great and so was the staff. We would come here again.

I will never again accept a room across the hall from the elevator. I wonder if they gave me that room because of the hotel-car combo discount. Also, this is my first experience of receiving hotel promotions on the voice mail messaging system. I could have done without that and in the future will asked to be put on the hotel do not call list. It is very nice property and the staff is first class, but rooms so near the elevators are not worth it at any price. Keep in mind my three star rating is based on the noisy room and avoidable voice mail spam.

I lost my suit pants while in the process of checking out and the staff was very helpful in attempting to locate where my suit pants had fallen. Although I still have not received a call from the staff saying the pants were located-they did their best.
