Very helpful staff from the Concierge to the doormen. Loved the view at beakfast. Thanks for making me feel safe in what seemed to be an unsafe city.

Great location for doing business in the city and also close to one of the main shopping streets Via Toledo. Roof top breakfast room where you can sit either inside or outside provides a nice start to the day. Hotel recently been renovated so carpets/furnishings clean. Rooms basic but practical.

Bedrooms comfortable and well-equiped. Bathrooms excellent - spacious, very-well equiped and spotlessly clean. Roof-top restaurant well appointed with panoramic views of Naples. Excellent buffet breakfast.
