This hotel was great. The lobby is beautiful. The room was nice and clean. Room service was prompt and good. The workout facility was very nice and large for a hotel facility. I will stay there again when I am traveling through London. The bonus for me was the Starbucks...a taste of home.

The hotel and staff were friendly but the room was stuffy and not being able to open the windows meant we had to rely on the air conditioning.This dries out your nose and throat overnight.The bed had plastic mattress protectors on which made for an uncomfortable night.I understand the need for the protectors but the hotel could invest in a higher quality of mattress protector and this problem would not occur.

okay for one night stay in between fights; in January 2011 there was some renovation work going on, so entry from main road was hard to find - no fun walking around the hotel with luggage at 10pm in winter. Free public buses stop on the main road, so no need to pay for shuttle service (although reception won't mention this)

Would recommend them to anyone, fantastic and so close to the airport, club lounge has spectacular views over the runway
