Wonderful location. Great staff. Nicely appointed rooms. We'll stay there again.

Great easy to get to location from Amsterdam airport by train to central station and then an easy walk to the hotel. Very clean and spacious room. One downside in this digital age, no free wifi even in the lobby area. We stayed at more than ten hotels (three and five stars) during our European trip and they all provided free wifi. Tram stop within short walking distance.

Very good hotel in a great location very close to Central Station and connections to Airport. Actually stayed twice for one night each time. First time in July had one little hiccup with a very slow check inone staff member a British guy making himself very familar with two gay gentlemen check in at the head of the queue and not bothering about the rest of us. He spent over 15 minutes explaining all the Cities highlights while the rest of us waited. After flying in from Australia all I wanted was a shower and a sleep, so naturally this was annoying. Apart from that I would highly recommend this hotel, the second time I arrived at 10am and they had a room ready so I could shower and get out for business.

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the city. walking distance to central train station and railway station. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Only problem was there was no wifi. If I had to return to Amsterdam, I will definitely consider staying here again. Btw, price was very affordable considering the value in return.

The hotel was in an excellent location. Just a few minutes walk from the Amsterdam Central Station, which you will need to get around Amsterdam. The single bed room is nice and modern. A tad bit small but very comfortable. The only issue I had with the hotel was the fact that they didn't have a real computer lab. They only had 2 computers for public use and they charged for internet service.

Staff friendly, hotel overall clean, but air con noisy. Moreover, if compared to Crowne Plaza Amsterdam which was just same distance to Central Station, I would no doubt recommend Crowne Plaza as Renaissance Hotel Amsterdam charged me too high but the room was too small for even an Asian couple. Such room size shouldn't accommodate a king-size bed, to be frank. I had 2 stays in Amsterdam during this visit, and, no second thought, I would recommend Crowne Plaza.

This hotel is very well located, a few minutes fron Central Station. This puts it an ideal location for all transport. Breakfast was quite expensive, with a minimum buffet cost of €22 for not much more than bread and jam. However there are plenty of cheap alternatives nearby. The rate through HotelClub was quite good but resulted in one of the worst room outlooks I have ever had. I guess that you don,t get something for nothing.

The hotel is located very near central train station and is very convenient. We were very upset when we checked in, we were given a very small room. The staff from "delighted to serve" office claimed that it is the last available room and refused to do anything. When we told her that in fact our booking is confirmed for triple and a much a bigger room, she reluctantly looked for another room and again claimed that it was the last available room. We were really surprise at her attitude. As the next day, when we requested for late check out, another staff from the same office was really helpful and pleasant. Another thing is the hotel has no swimming pool though it is a 5 star hotel.

Great hotel, modern inside and in a good location. Wonderful, comfortable bed with all white linen and coverings which is something I prefer. We stayed at the hotel before and after a cruise and on both occasions we were able to access the room early. Self serve coffee machine, in the mornings, was also a plus.

We were upgraded on arrival to a large king room with a double sofa bed, very helpful as we were 3 guys on a stag party! The room was very clean and the king bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The bathroom was fine could have done with a better shower but all was forgiven by the fantastic breakfast. We had room service so I don't know what the resturant is like. Great location, great service, good food, highly recommend!

The hotel buffet breakfast at 25Euros was not good value. A very good buffet breakfast was available around the corner for half that price. The hotel charge of 24Euros for a 24 hour internet connection is outrageous.

The hotel was alright, but a far cry from a 5 star hotel. There wasn't even any tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I wouldn't stay there again but my stay was satisfactory.

A no frills but very efficient hotel. Room very good, check in staff excellent, concierge excellent, brasserie food excellent (service less so), breakfast top class, attached koepelcafe bar very good. Ten minutes walk from Centraal station, close to all central Amsterdam sights. Would definitely go back.
