Renaissance Chicago O'Hare Suites Hotel Guest Reviews
I had a very awkward experience. I made a reservation of a room for four three adults and one baby. The room supposed to have two beds, but when we reached there we were given a single bed room. The staff at the counter excused themselves that they could not guarantee reserves done through third parties. They told me next time to call to confirm what I booked to guarantee what I was reserving. I wish I would have know this earlier as I was too late for me to go somewhere else and find a different place, so my stayed was not favorable. Besides this bad experience and so helpful staff, the place is very nice overall. So I recommend the place but please make sure to call them and confirm your reservations!

The room was perfect. It looked just like the pictures. The staff was friendly and helpful. The extras were really expensive. $22 a night for on-site parking, $10 per day for internet (not wi-fi). And don't plan on eating at the hotel. $8 for one egg. Whoa. I will stay there again.

I stayed here october 22nd for a concert @ the aragon. Easy on/off the highway. I stayed in room 1202, faced east and had a nice view of downtown. Immaculate room(s). 'Bedroom' area was very large (king), lcd flat screen that was on a swivel so that it could be swung around and used while sitting on couches or chairs in 'living room' area. Bathroom was incredible, tile on floor and walls in very large shower with great showerhead. Very large mirror over granite dbl bowl vanity top. Impressive towels, hair dryer, etc. Mini fridge, safe, large closets, numerous drawers, large business table w/ internet. Felt very safe at all times. Staff was nothing but attractive helpful pleasant people ready to go out of their way to help. Smaller pool, nice hottub and gym area. Steam room was down, only 'complaint'. Never was able to check out anything food/beverage wise. Although there was a very fancy wedding reception being held there.

I was pleasantly surprised, after reading the ratings on this hotel. Had only 2 stars. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was that there was no drive up lobby and that you were forced to pay for parking.

Terrific value for a new, well designed hotel minutes from O'Hare and a short walk from transportation. Rooms are well designed with new furnishings. Bathroom is oversized with massive shower. Nice work station too if needed. Everything one needs. Hotel computer room is awkward and there is a fee for internet access. I wasn't able to print out a boarding pass. Not a big deal though.
