I had a very awkward experience. I made a reservation of a room for four three adults and one baby. The room supposed to have two beds, but when we reached there we were given a single bed room. The staff at the counter excused themselves that they could not guarantee reserves done through third parties. They told me next time to call to confirm what I booked to guarantee what I was reserving. I wish I would have know this earlier as I was too late for me to go somewhere else and find a different place, so my stayed was not favorable. Besides this bad experience and so helpful staff, the place is very nice overall. So I recommend the place but please make sure to call them and confirm your reservations!

The room was perfect. It looked just like the pictures. The staff was friendly and helpful. The extras were really expensive. $22 a night for on-site parking, $10 per day for internet (not wi-fi). And don't plan on eating at the hotel. $8 for one egg. Whoa. I will stay there again.

I stayed here october 22nd for a concert @ the aragon. Easy on/off the highway. I stayed in room 1202, faced east and had a nice view of downtown. Immaculate room(s). 'Bedroom' area was very large (king), lcd flat screen that was on a swivel so that it could be swung around and used while sitting on couches or chairs in 'living room' area. Bathroom was incredible, tile on floor and walls in very large shower with great showerhead. Very large mirror over granite dbl bowl vanity top. Impressive towels, hair dryer, etc. Mini fridge, safe, large closets, numerous drawers, large business table w/ internet. Felt very safe at all times. Staff was nothing but attractive helpful pleasant people ready to go out of their way to help. Smaller pool, nice hottub and gym area. Steam room was down, only 'complaint'. Never was able to check out anything food/beverage wise. Although there was a very fancy wedding reception being held there.

I was pleasantly surprised, after reading the ratings on this hotel. Had only 2 stars. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was that there was no drive up lobby and that you were forced to pay for parking.

Terrific value for a new, well designed hotel minutes from O'Hare and a short walk from transportation. Rooms are well designed with new furnishings. Bathroom is oversized with massive shower. Nice work station too if needed. Everything one needs. Hotel computer room is awkward and there is a fee for internet access. I wasn't able to print out a boarding pass. Not a big deal though.

I didn't realize how long it took to get downtown using the el from the hotel. But other than that I was delighted with the experience.

It was ok - not the most convenient location and nothing nearby in walking distance.

Location is nice if you have GPS. Alot of different places to eat if you get on the main road. Not far to the Navy Pier. Nice place, except you don't pick the room when you book. Wanted 2 double beds, got a queen and fold out couch. They couldn't give the correct room because, we were staying 2 days and not 1. Make sure you ask for a microwave in the room before you book, we had to heat up the daughters baby bottle by the reception deck in the middle of the night for 2 days.

I was in town 3 days with co-workers attending a business event downtown. All downtown hotels were full, so we stayed here. The hotel is very nice, comfortable suites, with a TV in both the bedroom and living area. The suite was very clean, the food was good. Overall, good hotel for the price. The gym is too small, no sauna, no spa amenities, and no restaurants, convienience store, or shopping area within walking distance. I requested a double bed room but received a one bed room, and they could not accomodate my second request. Worse, I reported that the elevator from the parking structure was full of vomit. The vomit was tracked into the hotel back entrance by people's shoes. They did not clean it right away, and when they did, you could still smell it everytime you went to and from the parking lot to get or park your car.

Nice clean room and bathroom. Hotel staff was more than helpful. Parking was expensive ($20 per day). Could have stayed at a Holiday Inn for a better price, however I would stay here again.
