Stayed twice over a 10 day period. Well looked after. Very good full breakfast.. Swimming pool a tad small given the number of guests. Otherwise, excellent service and very friendly staff. Close to MRT and Sky train to move around.

Très bel hôtel, et placé pas loin d'un arrêt du Skytrain (arrêt: Asok). Petit déjeuner avec un grand choix, et belle piscine! Définitivement un bon hôtel!

...here is a letter I recently sent to the hotel Hi I recently stayed in your hotel for 3 nights and chose the hotel based on the information on your website. Generally I stay at other hotels in the area for business but decided to try a different hotel. The most positive thing I can say about your hotel is that there was always a friendly smiling face to open the entrance door. As for anything else I was less than impressed - especially considering the hotel is much more expensive then other hotels that I stay with in the area. Yes the room does meet an ok standard though I notice dirt that seemed to stay on the floor for 3 days (not hard to sweep a floor). On another occasion my grey card was removed meaning all power to my laptop was switched off as I quickly headed down to pick up documents from the lobby (house cleaner had removed it and not replaced it). Breakfast was adequate - nothing special compared to other hotels in the area. As for checkout - horrible. Considering that your website states "are located within 300 meters of the hotel entrance with a complimentary 24 hour "tuk tuk" shuttle service" and I am subsequently told by staff to arrange this with concierge - concierge then informs me I must take my own gear as tuk tuk is broken. Do your staff not communicate with each other. Is it so hard to actually look after a guest that needs to go 300m with a suitcase. In the other hotels my company books with they at least provide free alternative transport if something is not working. It would have cost nothing to have someone from concierge assist me or even provide me with a free taxi. Disappointing and something I will also be writing up in my widely read travel blog.

My stay at the hotel was great. Location was close to everything in walking distance. But you can take a taxi. Plenty of them outside the hotel. I recommend you go 2-3 doors down from hotel to massage palace. Great oil and foot massage options. Skytrain and Metro train in walking distance. Catch skytrain to MBK shopping Mall. You can find everything you are looking for their. But food mart and 7-eleven for quick stuff is up the street. Plenty of options in and around hotel for restaurants. I recommend walking down to Cabbages and Condoms Restaurant and there is a nice thai restaurant across from Hotel too. Also if you want to get out and see Bangkok arrange tours with Asia travel inside hotel. I recommend this hotel.
