Location is in a busy family holiday resort. Hotel staff clearly don't expect you to make a return visit and are mildly uninterested generally and completely uninterested if you want some help. The air conditioning in our room wouldn't work because the last person had stolen the remote that turned it on. The hotel staff didn't manage to offer us a replacement remote in the 4 days we stayed at the hotel.

We had a really bad experience at this hotel. Our room was next to the meeting/conffrence area where people were continually passing and having discussions outside our room from 8-45 am and all of the day. We could here the people in the next room talking as if they were in our room and could also hear them sleeping;;;;. We stayed 2 nights and on the 2nd night the hotel hosted a wedding party. The endless noise began at 3am and continued until 5-30. Our payment was taken on arrival otherwise we would have left. As it was we did not use the facilities available in the health suite as the pool was cold and unlit and jacuzzi was not available for use. We left early next morning after complaining to the woman there?. We were so disappointed and upset by the whole experience. It was really not at all relaxing but, the opposite of.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very welcoming. We used the hotel as a stopover for one night and it was very good for this purpose.
