Small rooms and breakfast could be better

A beautiful small hotel. Located in the centre of the city, yet on a very quiet street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean, the breakfast was simple but tasty. The bathroom was great. The only small inconvenience we had was when we were checking out. The reception works only from 2-9pm and you are supposed to check out at 11am. So we had to go to a neighboring hotel to drop off the keys and store our luggage for a few hours.

Lovely hotel, the staff were extremely friendly and it was a great location. Room was small but nicely decorated with everything you could need. Didn't eat in the restaurant but it seemed busy enough which is always a good sign Highly recommended

Beautiful small hotel in a great location. About a 5 minute walk to the Leaning Tower, Cathedral and Baptistery. The room was small however we had the lift shaft in the corner of our room taking up space. This however did not detract from the delightful room with beautiful furnishing and decoration. Really great value. Service was friendly and efficient. The hotel is in a no vehicle area, if driving you can purchase a permit for 10 Euro from the hotel and park directly on the street out the front of the hotel.
