Madrid e' una bellissima citta', come gli spagnoli sono delle cordialissime persone. C'e sempre una prima volta. Dopo tante belle vacanze in Spagna, questa volta sono capitato in un hotel non all'altezza. Stanze piccole. Biancheria così così. Personale poco gentile. Colazione .... da dimenticare. La posizione, meno male : perfetta. Comunque la mia esperienza, in questo hotel, sicuramente non e' stata positiva.

Very good location close to everythink and in the middle of busy heart of Madrid. Enjoyable stay in a nice enviroment.

Very convenient for tourists getting around Madrid, clean, comfortable and excellent breakfast. Bar restaurant good for snack meals - and the cheapest wine and beer in town! I'd go again.

The hotel is located in the very centre of Madrid, close to everything. Unfortunately the highly impolite staff ruined the start of our holiday. We were given a room that wasn't what we had booked. We requested the right room but we were told that kind of room didn't exist. The staff barely spoke english. After we had tried to solve the situation for an hour (the staff didn't cooperate, we got cursed at in spanish), someone gave us a key and we got another room, which was the right one, the one that wasn't supposed to even exist in the hotel. The cleaners were also highly impolite, we understand spanish enough to catch the ugly words. The room was good, we had broken sheets but otherwise clean and bright. As said before, the location is superb, and the price is good. If you don't speak spanish, wouldn't recommend you to go to this hotel.

This is a perfect place if your staying in Madrid for a day. It's a basic place with your basic needs. Have to pay 13 euro for 30 minutes of internet, 12 euro for TV access and 13 euro for breakfast. It's near everything Madrid has to offer and metro stops very near by.
