Good hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were OK but the breaksfast was quite ordinary (We did get to breakfast not long before closing but still I would have like to have something warm or fresh or both) Overall not a bad hotel, just not what I expected being of the Regent family.

This is a nice hotel for the price in a quiet area. The hotel staff spoke English and they were friendly and very helpful. Although it is not near the city centre, I would recommend it because of the wonderful customer service I received from the hotel staff.

it was lovely. i felt like a queen in this hotel. the staff was very nice and helpfull; i arrived much sooner then i should, but they were very nice and found a room in just 10 min.

Many small problems with room, few of which were addressed or solved by staff: bathroom handle fell off, water stain on wall appeared, shower wouldn't work only bath, no tissues, room cold etc. Not good enough for a 4 star.
