Rooms larger than normal motel rooms, which is a nice thing. First room: The coffee pot did not work, manager brought a new one which worked fine: 2. Had a water leak under the sink and the carpet was wet there. Moved to a second room where everything worked fine. Finished business on Monday so did not stay the second night. No refund offered by the manager.. Would stay again if nothing else at a comparable price was offered. Did not get breakfast which was supposed to start at 7:00 a.m. at which time the doors were still not unlocked, Had to leave for appt., so did not get breakfast.
