Room's facilities a little bit old but room cleanliness maintain high standard. Location is very good. Very easy to catch taxi to anywhere of Macau.

The biggest problem of the room. The floor carpet and bath tub is the main issue. And the shower drainage is very disappointing.

The hotel was average and the location was not good for night life. I recommend staying on the island with the ferry terminal near the Wynn hotel and casiono

My week at the Regency Macau Hotel was superb. Rooms and all public areas are attractive, bright, and clean. The included breakfast buffet was excellent, with something for every appetite. Dollar value is extremely good. No negatives -- I'd recommend without hesitation.

Comparable to and older Holiday Inn express or La Quinta brand. Nothing special. Far from attractions, glitz and glamour of the casinos. Everything is accessible only by taxi or bus, of which is convenient. However, great for budget travelers who values saving money. The money you save here can be spent elsewhere like gambling or great buffets at one of those posh cainos. This is the Las Vegas of Asia, so you will spend more time in the casinos than in your room.

The service and room condition were all right during the period I stayed. Certainly, I will stay there again when I am in Macau in near future.

The hotel needs some renovation due to ages. Staff are friendly and helpful in answering questions. Resort facilities such as outdoor pool, jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna, and fitness centre are good. Very good pricing.

It's a perfect resort hotel with good pricing in Macau. Hotel staff are friendly. However, the convenience store at lobby is rented and run by outside company. It only opens whenever there are group visitors in hotel. i.e. irregular hours. That will be great if they can fix and post the opening hours at door. Nevertheless, we will choose to stay in this hotel again next time in Macau.

A very basic hotel not what an experienced traveler would rank as 5 star. It was clean and in a good location for the southern part of the island(s). They offer a transfer bus to/from the ferry terminal and to other casinos on the north island. Friendly, helpful staff and great value for money

Very nice Hotel with lots of greens and facilities readily available at the hotel but it is under utilised or promote. Will be added advantage if the facilities can be activate to provide house guest. Nice garden, nice pool side garden and garden terrace for dining as well as drinks especially in the night the garden pool terrace could be wonderful place to unwind and relax. Added advantage if hotel could provide regular shuttle to Macau or surrounding areas.

Hotel should provide more frequency for the hotel shuttle bus to Maritime Ferry Terminal. The present time schedule is too few. Also the hotel shuttle bus schedule ends at 5pm which is too early. The variety of food served during the hot breakfast is too limited. Hotel should add more food variety.

Nice hotel, close to the attraction. The bed was unconfortable (too hard) but the room was nice. The breakfast was good and the staff was very kind.

We were absolutley thrilled with this hotel. I found the staff to be all only too willing to help us and very friendly to us. The room we stayed in was outstanding. The food we had in the hotel was also very good. The location was perhaps the only problem but the shuttle bus was able to get us across to the other island so that really wasn't a great problem. As you can see nothing but praise for the Hotel. Thank you.

Not so many stores for shopping, but 10 minutes from Venitian by cab. Near the airport and the Macau-Taipa bridge to crossover to the city center.

You can easily go everywhere by bus or taxi.
