Regal Pacific Hotel Santiago Guest Reviews
We arrived to find that the type of room requested was not available. The staff was very helpful and updgraded us to the suite which had views of the mountains from both sides of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff and a great happy hour. Good location in Los Condes, across street from the metro. Only negative, poor selection of restaurants close to hotel.

This hotel is on one of the main roads in Santiago - only it's about 2 miles from the real centre of town. Great hotel though and excellent service.

I spent two days there in cold August. Too far from downtown and subway. Good restaurant and helpful front desk.

Hotel was once very nice but is looking tired now. Rooms were a decent size and good faciltiies. Nice to have complimentary water on arrival and tea/coffee facilities. They have a very helpful reception and porter staff - excellent value is the hotel car/taxi service - same price as a regular taxi but limo style new clean cars with air con. Location is very close to the major shopping mall and easy taxi ride to everything else
