We found this a good place to stay with kids because of a large heated pool (adjacent building) with great opening hours, a good gym and a bowling alley in the building. It is also very near to the #1 subway line and to the zoo.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I received a free upgrade to the Regal room on the 18th floor which is spacious, has an extra large king size bed and has a nice view.

I stayed in the "Regal Club" room, where I enjoyed vast and beautiful room, private check-in, private lounge high quality breakfast, free internet access by ethernet (LAN), 50% off mini bar (means a mini bottle of Johnnie Walker Red Label costs only 25 RMB), and so on. The entrance and the inside of the hotel are gorgeous. Many restaurants and department stores are nearby. It is definitely five-star, and I recommend it to everyone. Please note that above features may not be povided in lower-class rooms, so you should check details in the hotel web site.

This hotel is about 4 years old, so everything still has the new feel and look, which I like very much. However, the most impressive feature from my point of view, is the health and fitness facilities. One entire floor devoted to keeping fit with the most modern equipment. For someone like myself, who wants to maintain his training schedule, while travelling, this hotel has the best. The rooms are very big and the staff is very competent and friendly. I will definitely return to this hotel, the next time I travel to Shanghai.

We stayed in a deluxe room which was very nice, however reception check in and especially check out very unorganised. Room service food not up to standard for 5 star hotel, however, buffet breakfast quite good. Overall, hotel is well appointed, clean and convenient.

It was all pretty reasonable. The location is better than most if you''re planning on hanging around in Puxi. The rooms are big, and the beds are very comfortable.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Shanghai. I stayed in this hotel for almost every single trip I made to Shanghai. Service is good. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice, quality hotel with good facilities and well trained staff. However, out of the main business district and took over an hour to reach the hotel in rush hour. That said, the area outside the hotel has plenty of additional restaurants and bars on the same road and nice social environment.

Very complete fitness center, worth staying for that reason alone if you want to stay in shape on your visit to Shanghai. Also good access to the underground at Hengshan Road Station.

Very good indeed. I found the dining areas a little chilly but I understand Shanghai has had some of the coldest weather in years over the past few days.

Wonderful rooms to work in. The tree lined street is full of interesting bars and restaurants and the efficient Shanghai metro has a station a short walk away.

Just about everything about this hotel seems average. Nothing wrong with it and an OK place to stay, but nothing outstanding. If you get a good rate, it''s good value for money.

Very clean, excellent breakfast, while I was there they had a nice Harry Potter design in the breakfast area. They have as well a good bookstore. The room design was very new and comfortable.
