Very nice hotel right next to Heng Shan area (bars, shopping, night life). Hotel had great facilities (restaurants, fitness, etc, rate include breakfast and internet, GREAT DEAL

We found this a good place to stay with kids because of a large heated pool (adjacent building) with great opening hours, a good gym and a bowling alley in the building. It is also very near to the #1 subway line and to the zoo.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I received a free upgrade to the Regal room on the 18th floor which is spacious, has an extra large king size bed and has a nice view.

I stayed in the "Regal Club" room, where I enjoyed vast and beautiful room, private check-in, private lounge high quality breakfast, free internet access by ethernet (LAN), 50% off mini bar (means a mini bottle of Johnnie Walker Red Label costs only 25 RMB), and so on. The entrance and the inside of the hotel are gorgeous. Many restaurants and department stores are nearby. It is definitely five-star, and I recommend it to everyone. Please note that above features may not be povided in lower-class rooms, so you should check details in the hotel web site.

This is a good hotel in a great area. It provides good overall value. I have stayed here twice on extended stays and have no real complaints.
