Regal Hongkong Hotel Guest Reviews (55)
This hotel is nothing out of the ordinary. Value is considered good compared to other similar class hotel in HK. In all our stays for this hotel, there is always a long waiting time to check in. Same as chronic waiting for the elevators which is evidently lacking in numbers. Choices of food or drinks at the Executive Lounge is very limited.

Not the best stay, room was small and with a musty smell. Listed as five star but more like three. Booked two nights but left for another true five star on second night. Regal would not refund the second night. Would not recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Regal Royale room and the room was excellent - very spacious by HK standards with high ceilings. There was also a deluxe continental breakfast that was actually more like a full breakfast, with sausages and eggs and bacon etc. Service was again good, with staff that remembered my name and was very helpful in arranging the complimentary shuttle service to and fro the airport for me. There was nothing much to complain about, except perhaps the lack of seating in the lobby area.
