Very pleasant hotel - lovely room though like many london hotels, on the small side. Extremely helpful and courteous staff.

I had single suit with separated bathroom but it was on a different floor and toilet room with no hangers separated from shower room, which wasn't very comfortable. The room was tiny. Just bed and locker no room for anything else. Dust up the door.

Room is very tiny when compared to others within that area and for around that price. Location not as convenient as those around Inverness Tce and Queensborough Tce which are nearer to tube stations & shopping.
