This place is billed as a studio appartment...huh! More like a small cheap quality hotel room. There are far better places available for the price. Promised a Free continental breakfast, we found when we arrived that we could Purchase a breakfast basket. We were disappointed to say the least.

Reception and booking in was good. Room was tired-draws falling off and carpet marked, bedside tables and dining table chipped No room to open up the two folding chairs provided to use at the dining table. Bed soft and inclined to dip into the middle. Good location-just a nice walk to the tram stop, great under cover parking with generous sized spots for our 4WD. Price reflected the condition of the place, so I would stay here again.

Bed was clean, shower was hot, location was good, but overall the place was fairly grungy and very run-down. Room was very small and soundproofing was non-existent. Not a place to go back to.
