Just arrived for the night so that we could view the falls the next morning.. Staff was friendly enough, there was a ice dispensor snd vending machine for snacks downstairs... Rooms were clean and the Wi-Fi was fast enough, no downloads though, but enough for email and Youtube videos. No breakfast though, think it would have been more worth it if they had. Otherwise, they had coffee at the frontdesk.

Good: Beds were fine and comfy. The room was clean. Staff was nice although when asked to unlock the safe were a bit delayed. There is A/C for when it gets hot. Bad: When we asked for extra pillows they didn't have any. We also decided to sleep in a bit the second day but housekeeping tried to come in at 9 which woke us up. There is no fridge or continental breakfast. Overall, it worked out well for what we needed which was a place to sleep.

We rented 3 rooms. When we got to hotel they gave us rooms which where not cleaned! We also had ordered non smoking but one of the rooms was a smoking room. They had no other rooms so one couple had to find another hotel. The net result is we paid for 4 rooms!

Check in was easy, front desk staff friendly. It would be nice if there were a few amenities in the room such as a hair dryer or an iron. The room was clean, carpets were actually cleaned while we were there. While we appreciated clean carpets we were a little unnerved that someone from a carpet cleaning company had been in our room while we were gone. Bed and pillows comfortable and the area was quiet. Air conditioner slightly loud but worked great.
