Red Roof Inn Rancho Cordova Sacramento Guest Reviews
Young lady at desk (Ukrainian girl) was very cordial and professional.

Swimming pool was broken, Coffee machine in lobby was broken. No coffee maker inside room. But there was refrigerator and microwave. Room small but clean. Strange people outside with loud music, but at 10am everything was quiet. Overall OK for your budget,

Upon arriving, I went up to the third floor to my room and my key did not work. I went down to the lobby and the lady with an accent said to try it again, like I didn't know how to use a key card to open a door. Second time, didn't work. Went back to lobby where the lady escorted me to try it herself, and of course it didn't work. She offered me another room, again on the third floor but on the other side of the building. By this time I was pretty tired from a long day, and had already been up and down stairs at the hotel three times and I said I was very unhappy about this. So, she offered me a room on the first floor, but it was designated for handicapped access. Everything turned out fine; I just wasn't happy about the first key card not working and then being offered a room with less features (no fridge, mircowave or HBO) without any discount. I did receive a discount coupon for the next visit. There were some noises and arguments but it was just the combination of events for myself that produced a very long, tiring day. I think I would stay here again; they allow pets without an additional charge!
