went to beach, zoo, shopping, and rides. we had 4 people and was give hard time about extra towels. my husband got very upset. And first bed felt like something was crawling on you. Day shift was nicer than night man working. we came home a day early. we have had better service other places.

The hotel was okay. I used to be in the hospitality industry so I know running a hotel is not easy. The staff was curteous, but a bit slow. The room was clean, but it was hard to get towels, another problem with most hotels. My only true complaint is the distance from the beach. Yes, the website and hotel info tell you its only 9 miles, which is true. The problem is those are Panama City Beach miles and those nine miles took up to 45 minutes at times to navigate. In the future I will just stay at a beachfront hotel and if it is your plan to go to the beach I suggest you do the same.

The red roof was a very nice hotel. I had no problem will staying there, u can tell it's fairly new. The staff was very nice and understanding. If I eve go back to PCB i would definetly stay at this hotel again. The only thing that was a little bad was because it rained most of the time we were there, so didn't get to do as much as I wanted but maybe next trip. I would recommend this hotel to someone else unless there looking for one close to the beach.
