for $40 in Chicago you can't get any better. The only thing that I missed was a microwave oven. They did not have even one in the lobby. Come on.

Simple, clean and easy. Perfect place if you just want to crash and watch TV for a couple hours. Rate was extremely fair.

The hotel was an excellent value when we were driving too long and needed a place to sleep for a while. The hotel is a bit bare-bones but the rooms were large, the beds comfy, and everything was new or new enough. The carpet seemed to had been recently replaced and the bathroom was clean without rust stains you often see when the fixtures haven't been remodeled for a while. Best of all, there's a Denny's right across the street so that solves the problem of what to do for breakfast. We spent more on Denny's grand slams than we did for the hotel, tip for the housekeeper included.
