Friendly staff. Good location to visit Temple Square as the Hotel is within east walking distance to the free trams.

The parking lot is not secured. Anybody can park their cars on Red Lion's parking lot, not only hotel’s guests. Because of this hotel has several entrances, at night time it is not safety .somebody can walk in while you expect the elevator and ask to use your cell phone or ask some money.

I really liked this hotel. It is pretty cheap, clean, good customer services and in a good location.

The location was great. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However, the heat did not seem to be working, and we had to wait to get it fixed. We stayed warm while were we sleeping, but showering in the morning was no fun. I never really found out what the problem was. The internet was free, and easy to use, which I appreciated. The beds were comfortable, and overall, I think it was a good value. The staff in the Restaurant were extremely helpful, and the breakfast was good.

Very clean, personal very attentive, restaurant perfect, I recommend this hotel to people that likes good quality.
