The registration lobby reeks, the hallways smell funky. Admittedly it was Thanksgiving morning, but no one answered Housekeeping, and there was no coffee in the room. At 6:30am I was invited to come to the lobby and get some - right - in my PJs!

The room was clean, the beds very comfy and the room had free WiFi. Can it get better? Well, the only thing that would have made it a perfect hotel experience would have been to have a breakfast bar. I will certainly come back to this hotel the next time I have a very early morning flight.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, Rate was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Good restaurant/bar next door.

The staff was very helpful over the phone and in person when I asked for directions. The rooms were clean and quiet as well. The location is near the airport which can be good, and there are two restaurants right next door. Not much else is around so make sure you have transportation if you want to strike out into Portland.

The only thing negative I have to say is that the front desk staff was not really welcoming and had the attitude of "I hate my job," which if its true, then you should get another one. Other than that the room was great, comfortable, clean, a great deal and just what I was looking for!
