Red Lion Hotel Denver Central Guest Reviews
Overall the visit was nice however the menu on the Bar and Grill wasn't that appealling. The ambiance leaves you expecting more but it was more like your typical hotel room service kitchen. Also one of the elevators was out of order and the hallways smelled of paint. All in all I was satisfied but mostly because I only was there to sleep and not hang out at the hotel.

Usually I don't pop for nice places because I'm not a high-maintenance person, but because of the deal I got, I was reminded that quality is just nice to have sometimes. The rooms were way impressive and comfortable. The pillows were perfect and everything was neat, clean and orderly. The only non-great review would be the location. Getting off of Quebec street is really tricky (coming from the north) and if I hadn't already map-quested the directions, it would have taken much longer to figure how to get to the hotel. And the parking ought to be expanded because I don't think there was enough space for all the guests on one of the nights. Other than that it was great.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was great at both resturants. We will be back :)

I stayed at this hotel on my vacation, and this was my first trip to Denver. I was impressed with the location of this hotel. It was central to everywhere I wanted to go. It was a short drive from the airport, and it was also a short drive from downtown Denver. Easy access to I-70 from the hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly, and provided a free upgrade to my room when I checked in. Room service was great and they made sure that my room was always very clean. I will definitely consider the Red Lion Denver Central the next time I travel to Denver.

The hotel was decent for what I would expect from a hotel of this price range. Nothing special though just adequate for my purposes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Located near public transit (although Redlion in Aurora is next to rail system:better option in my opinion) to get into downtown Denver. Enterprise rental car next to property. A plethora of upscale shopping and restaurants within a short walk or drive. Free wifi and use of business ctr equiped with computers, printer and fax machine. Breakfast hot (nothing to scream about) but not included, although the hot pancake machine will be a hit if you are traveling with kids. If I got the right price I'd stay here again.
