The driver was friendly and courteous as he picked us up at the airport. The night desk clerk signed us in with speed and courtesy. Our room was ready, clean and cool. We were ready for food when we entered the hotel's restaurant. Lots of choices and good portions. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We were traveling with a 1 year-old and needed a place with a fridge. This place has a fridge and microwave, but no cribs for babies! When we checked in, the bathroom was unclean, with dried human fluids on the toilet; luckily I brought disinfecting wipes. The back of motel has an area for truck parking which reeks of urine/rot; we can hear the trucks at all hours of the day and night. We've been here 3 nights now and housekeeping is non-existent; they did not clean our room even though we were out before 11 a.m., and when we called the front desk to ask for more towels, there was no answer. The free internet does not work and bed is really uncomfortable. I'm looking for a new hotel right now.

It was one night stay before our cruise. Hotel provides free shuttle to airport and crise port. The room is okay with very basic amenities, staff are nice. It's not near any mall or restaurants, the dinner choice is pretty much in the hotel or the one next to it. It's okay for one night stay, wouldn't recommend it for longer stay.

It is out far away from anything have to use the bus or taxi to go anywhere to eat unless you eat at there place which is fairly expensive. The shuttle to/from the airport and port is nice other than if you have an early flight then your'e on your own. They were very friendly and helpful but the place is soo far from anything.

it was just like Christmas party at 5am.. there is no courtesy form any of the vistor.. It is a Truck stop, so what you pay , what you get at the end...
