Regular Studio, 3 nights: handy to Newmarket, Greenlane and Remuera, good parking, room was tidy, bathroom area looking a bit tired, was not a proper kitchenette, no cooker, no kitchen sink but had microwave, no ironing facilities, advertised price indicated free wireless internet but was told at the office that free internet was not applicable to "specials" - Hotel Club should clarify this, overall good value.

The beds were soft and I ended up attempting to sleep on the floor for the first night and checking out for the second. The owners were 'excellent' in trying to find a firmer bed in their hotel and was going to call other motels for me.

lino in kitchen bathroom needs cleaning along edges. Need to put top sheets on beds not everyone likes sleeping just under a duvet

We stayed here while in Auckland to attend a concert at Mt Smart Stadium - perfect location for this, so handy to the train. Would stay again for this purpose. Pretty basic room but no complaints, especially for the price! Bathroom a bit pokey, but main room a good size. Would have expected better local knowledge from staff when asking where we could get a meal and a drink nearby, but otherwise very happy with service and facilities. Ideal for our needs.
